Scheduling & Availability

Service appointments are scheduled on a first‑come, first‑served basis. We may adjust appointment times due to weather, traffic, or job duration.

We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Pricing & Estimates

Pricing is based on:

  • Volume of junk

  • Weight

  • Labor required

  • Dump fees

  • Travel distance

Estimates may be provided verbally, by text, or through photos. Final pricing is confirmed on‑site before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the junk

  • Ensure items to be removed are clearly identified

  • Notify us of hazardous materials

  • Keep pets and children away from work areas

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe jobs.

 Items We Cannot Remove

For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove:

  • Chemicals

  • Paints or solvents

  • Fuel, oil, or propane tanks

  • Biohazard waste

  • Asbestos

  • Mold‑infested materials

 Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Invoicing (for approved customers)

Late or unpaid invoices may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Same‑day cancellations may result in a fee.
